Rhino is probably the only CAD program that can’t deal with making a fillet when it encounters a same size fillet. When two rolling ball fillets run into each other the connecting surface is completely defined. The fact that Rhino developers have no clue how to deal with it is dumbfounding…
If you are willing to make FilletSrf type fillets you can try the script found here
It is designed to make a continuous string of fillets along tangent surfaces and has no problem with same size fillets . In your case since not all the surfaces are tangent it will stop making fillets when it arrives at the sharp corners. Then you will need to extend the fillets and then do all the trimming and joining.
