An improved moveUVN would benefit modeling in Rhino in multiple ways and in multiple applications. Furthermore I guess of all the fancy features of Alias and similar programs, this is among the easier ones to implement as most of it is already possible but not very accessible/controlable.

It’s possible to achieve a level of intuitiveness that is comparable to AutoDesk Alias with the help of Rhino Aliases/Macros. A hint: RhinoCommands have the ability to consolidate. Remember?
