Regression: Cmd A in Command line selects all in Viewport

currently not possible to copy the command, Cmd A selects all in the viewport instead
since this was already a bug i assume that some recent changes broke that again.

8.13.24282.10002, 2024-10-08 it worked before

RH-84325 is fixed in Rhino 8 Service Release 14
