Reflect and Radiate don't work consecutively

Say you have an 1/8 of a quad based shape. Now you want to reflect it once and then radiate it to get the full shape, but that does not work with SubD currently:

Excuse me. It works fine. It just takes more clicks, as the axis has to be defined with more clicks, it did define the axis properly.
