Refine Mesh Alternative

Hello everyone, I’m currently working on developing an alternative to the Refine Mesh Kangaroo component. While I’ve been able to achieve the same mesh subdivision, I’ve noticed that when smoothing the mesh, it behaves differently compared to when using the refine component. Specifically, it seems to produce sharper seam edges between the originally meshes. Does anyone know why this is happening? Are there any other alternatives to achieve the same outcome without relying on the refine component?

Unifying all the mesh normals solved the issue.
