Realtime Block couting

Dear community,

I am worrying if it is possible to see an amount list of used block definition in realtime. For now, I have to:

  1. open block manager
  2. select desired blocks
  3. Count
  4. Close

Continue in work and repeat procedure again, because the floating windows do not allow any modification in canvas.

I would like to see printed list updated automatically in a panel, for instance.

Thanks in advance if anyone has any hint on how always to see the list.

Hi Daniel -

In Rhino 7, you can create a text string that displays the block count for a named block definition by using the BlockInstanceCount textfield.
