Raincloud Aerial Fire Monitor

This is an introduction to our RainCloud aerial monitor system. Built on our ongoing work with manned hydroflight fire suppression, RainCloud represents a quad‑thrust nozzled aerial arrangement and marks a key development milestone originating from our 2023 program. Designed to fight fires from the seaward side where access may be limited or hazardous. Proximity and precision.

All built in Rhino, CNC alloys, CNC carbon fiber plates, molded silicon pipes, 3d printed stainless steel ducts and clamps.

The current configuration uses a quad‑thrust layout with a forward‑facing firefighting monitor delivering approximately 20% of the total flow out the front. This is a simulation video; all geometric and structural work was developed in Rhino, including the routing, stainless steel 3D‑printed components, and the 2D cutting planes for the carbon fiber parts.

The system was modeled in Rhino and then brought into Unreal Engine for visualization and multiple report‑driven simulation iterations. What you see here includes some of our earlier simulations, prior to the latest wave of AI‑assisted coding tools and higher‑fidelity solvers, MCP have since pushed our simulation capability to a completely new level.
