Does Pufferfish work with Rhino 7 (not wip-version) I installed everything as written in the Read-me file. The toolbar shows up in Grasshopper, i can open the examplefiles included with the plugin, but they just don’t work (they don’t give any output in Rhino. Am i doing anything wrong, any tricks,……

This sounds interesting, could you give some examples? To answer the question, sometimes example files is full of different examples. Then it’s common that many components are disabled to start with. Right click and enable.

works very well for me. It’s one of my primary tools for working with SubD in grasshopper, too.

Thank you all for your fast reply, but it was the enabling that did it. I wasn’t aware of this possibility. Thanks Lars. Maybe they can write it on top of every example file. Examples are very often for starting people who aren’t aware of all the possibillities.

When you have many components to enable or disable it is easiest to first select them, then click with your middle mouse button/scroll wheel and choose enable.

Examples are very often for starting people who aren’t aware of all the possibillities. To be fair. I would suggest to get some grasshopper basics under your belt before jumping into plugins. You should know these kinds of UI things before getting into them. You can even go in grasshopper to Help…

:rofl: The disadvantage of self learning, i just deleted it, or disconnected it. i agree, disabling is easier. yesterday was a fruitful day.

Same, but maybe a year and a half, not three. Same reason, too: self taught, and there are two kinds of beginner tutorials, the kind that get you started making stuff fast, and the kind that tediously go through every single feature. I did the first kind.
