Projecting a coloured mesh into another

Hello everyone.

One question I hope some of you could solve me: I have a coloured and planar mesh, but what I want is to “extrude” that mesh and project it into another which has elevation.

I upload the file for everyone who wants to help me with that.

Ok thanks @laurent_delrieu, that could be a solution. But couldn’t the coloured mesh be completely projected onto the base mesh? Not only the vertices of the rectangles

If you want the squares projection remove WeldMesh

I think mesh Ray is a better option here.
