In this weekend workshop students will work with 3D digital scan data to generate a garment that could be fabricated using cutting-edge computer controlled manufacturing methodologies, including laser cutting and 3D printing. Students will be introduced to the limitations and advantages of these types of production and design methodologies. While in class, students will have the opportunity to produce a prototype of a digitally fabricated textile.
