Problem with roof generation: ArqiShap3D

Hey, I have a set of planar polygon-surfaces that I want to convert to roofs with the ArqiShap3D-Plugin. All surfaces work perfectly except one and I dont know why. Whats wrong with this polygon? I´ve checked if it has any attributes that are off: complex/concave, invalid, closed, planar, etc. Its basically like the others…I also tried to simplify it or rebuild it…Nothing works. What´s wrong?
