Problem hole in 3-d part

Does anyone see any kind of structural or compositional difference between the hole with the arrow and the other holes. Trying to cut this part with a waterjet and the waterjet software ( Flow Expert) will cut everything but the one hole?

You have a curve at top and bottom of that hole, and only that hole. Are you selecting them along with the solid and maybe confusing the waterjet software?

I meant to delete that curve, it was’nt in the model I sent to waterjet software.

I exploded a copy of your object. I suspect the issue lies in the bottom surfaces. This is an odd isocurve:

You have an outlier here:

I would hope that deleting the bottom surfaces and using the remainder to trim a clean new bottom from a plane will cure the problem:

True but the hole next over shares the same surface?

But not knowing what the waterjet software objects to, one can only look for things that are out of the ordinary. I don’t see anything else unusual about the model. It is probably quicker to clean it up and retry the waterjet than to try and work out a rationale.

I’ll give it a try, thanks Jeremy
