If you are reporting a bug, it helps to:
- Check if you are running the latest Service Release
- Make a single topic for each issue
- Run _SystemInfo in Rhino and paste the result in the topic.
- Send in a sample file that shows the issue whenever possible, even if it appears to happen ‘always’.
- Provide step by step instructions how to reproduce the issue
