Older Rhino versions

Hi,

when I got in touch with Rhino for the first time Rhino 6 was already available. The oldest version I’ve worked on was Rhino 5. Out of curiosity - is it possible to buy licenses and/or installation files for pre-V5 versions of Rhino, Rhino 4 etc.? Regardless wether it will work on modern hardware or not. Now Rhino 9 is released I get a little nostalgic and I would like to see the progress Rhino made from the beginning to today.

As far as licenses go, a V9 license will also run Rhino 8, 7 and 6, but not 5 or earlier. AFAIK, there is no official way to ‘buy’ those early licenses. It’s still possible to download Rhino 5 from the McNeel downloads page, but nothing earlier. Maybe someone else might still have the installers for early versions if you have a license key for one of those.

I have Rhino 1.0 running on Windows 11 under compatibility mode for Windows 98 and a couple of tweaks for hi-res displays.

Hi,
I may well have installers for V5 and V4, certainly V5.
