Hello everyone, the truth is I’m new here and I would like to know if you can help me with a cocoa modeling that I am doing, I want to engrave letters in low relief but I can’t make surfaces correctly with the curves that I have projected on the cocoa. Do you know how I can solve this? Thank you in advance.
I took some freedom to reconvert the shape to SubD to get a bit cleaner geomtry to work with.
The process is quite straighforward: extruding the text, and cutting that with the offset. Then use the cut text as a cutter for the outer shape.

, it helps me a lot to know where I have to go to make this Boolean difference, if it’s not too much trouble, what is the best way to go from NURBS to subd? first you made it mesh and then to SUBD? Thanks for your time.
