Objects list (Rhino 5)

Is there an objects list window in Rhino? It’s been a few years since I used Rhino, but I seem to recall that there was access to a list that showed all the objects which then could be named and grouped and visibility controlled (perhaps I’m remembering another 3d app like C4D which I also used for a while).

Hi - no, there’s nothing like that that’s built-in into Rhino.
We’ve had the wish (RH-2189 - visible to developers only) for an object manager / browser on our list for a long time but it’s still on the Future list. I’ll add your vote.

Ok, thx much for the reply…it must have been Cinema4D where I used it…very helpful in large model.

I also hope objects list will be officially supported.

And for those who reach this page on search like me, I note tabl provides similar functionality.
It’s only available in Rhino 6, and we have to register objects with tabl manually, but it’s still a great plug-in.
