OBJ Wavefront as a string to a mesh in GH

Hi guys have an issue wondering if you guys can help.

im pulling a mesh obj from an scanner api. The Get request comes as a (wavefront OBJ) string in grasshopper.
I really need to not cash the string/data (in temp for example) but read but directly in gh convert to a mesh for further work.

Any hints would be appreciated.
Attached a picture as an example of the string im calling.Plus here is a txt file of the string.
