MRT Component Crash

Hi,

This is my question.

a. Issue: When running the template file to calculate the annual UTCI, the software crashes during the MRT module calculation.

c. Measures taken:

  1. Confirmed Radiance is installed in “C:\Program Files\Radiance.”
  2. Replaced Eddy3D with different versions (including 0.3.8.0, 0.4.1.0, 0.4.2.0).
  3. Replaced Radiance with different versions (including 5.4, 5.3).
    d. Grasshopper file (replaced the original template with the meteorological file).

e. Version information: Windows 10, Rhino 7, Eddy3D 0.4.1.0, Radiance 5.4

I’m sorry, I still couldn’t solve it in the end. Later, I attempted to use Ladybug for MRT calculations, Eddy3D for wind calculations,and then take the values with uniform grid points.

So sad to hear about this issue cannot be solved, i have struggled for this a whole day quq.

Hello Zsy, I’m sorry to tell you that this evening when i try to run MRT component again, the issue above is still persist, i don’t know why i could run it to calculate UTCI in this afternoon. According to the folder below, we can see that MRT component is still working at that time. Hope Patrick can help us to solve these issues :grinning:
