Move polycurve start point

Is it possible to move a start/end point on a closed curve? I sent a screenshot to support, who identified the closed curve as a polycurve, and replied not in that example.

The command is called CrvSeam. Don’t know why it doesn’t work in your example, please post the curve and someone will have a look.
