Modify tags' instance parameter

Hi all,
I am annotating material code for a linked dwg file. The material tag is fake, it doesn’t actually tie to model. So the Material code(Finishes) and the Description are instance parameters.
Since the design changed, I need to change the material codes and descriptions.
I wonder if there is a way I can use RIR to find and select all the same tags (tags have the same instance parameter value) to modify them in one go?
