Modeling folded geometry rhino + grasshopper

So these are my inspirational images, though my goal is not as exaggerated as this.

this is for the roof, although the video is by membership, but my physical model looks exactly like this.

so its public hall that has a folded roof structure, and at instances the folding comes down to the ground/to columns to become the structure.

I’ve tried doing it with grasshopper using multiple plugins, and I tried manually building it and rotating it on rhino.
Is there a way to model this kind of geometry easily? especially that I want it to be random rather than something previously planned.

Here are a few screenshots of what i did on grasshopper, although i found it too systematic with the perfect triangles repeated.

This is my rhino file with the ground floor perimeter walls:

extruded planometric walls.3dm (1.3 MB)

and this is another file where i was manually trying to tilt the walls and build the folding roof.
