In Orca v3, when you export a weight report, you just get the uncollapsed items. If your report is grouped by layers, by default, the exported file has just the layers list with the subtotals. If you want to get also the detail of the objects included in the layers, you have to click on all the “+” buttons before the exportation.
It would be useful to have an “un/collaps all”
