Mesh command request - current layer for output, delete input

Requests for Mesh command:

  1. Add ability to specify the current layer as the destination for the mesh output.
  2. Add ability to specify the NURBS/SubD/Extrusion input is to be deleted.

Rationale: Being able to specify that the output goes on a different layer than the input would save time and reduce annoyance. It can be difficult to differentiate between a NURBS/SubD/Extrusion object and a mesh derived from it when both are on the same layer.

If the input will not be subsequently needed then being able to have it deleted at completion of the mesh command will save time.
