Is there a way to connect a value to Galapagos so it takes it automatically? There is the option to select Minimize, Maximize or input your own value. Also is there a way to start/stop the solver with a button maybe?.

Just pre-process your fitness. Subtract the target value from your measured value and run it through an absolute component. Then all you have to do is minimise your fitness. Sadly you cannot automatically start GP.
