Curious about what Maffeis actually builds? Tensile structures, membrane and ETFE roofing, special steel, façade engineering — complex projects at international scale. A look at the portfolio says it better than we can.

We’re looking for designers who own their tools — discipline before software, outcomes before process. Not machine operators: people who drive the process, not follow it. The tool is the means; thinking is the engine.

Relevant stack:

  • Grasshopper / Rhino — parametric definitions, not just sliders

  • Visual programming applied to BIM (Dynamo, RhinoInside.Revit)

  • Scripting: Python, C#, or both — including AI integration for automation

  • Workflow automation in AEC environments (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D)

  • FEM and structural analysis (SAP2000, ETABS, Robot, Midas, Sofistik, Karamba3D)

  • Environmental simulation (Ladybug/Honeybee/ClimateStudio) — significant plus

This is a rare chance to join at the founding stage of a new office within an established international firm — with experienced professionals to learn from and room to build something of your own. If you’re doing this work abroad with Naples still in your head, maybe it’s time to come back.

Cerchiamo progettisti che abitino i propri strumenti — disciplina prima del software, risultati prima degli slider. Non operatori di macchine: persone che guidano il processo, non lo subiscono. Lo strumento è il mezzo; la testa è il motore.

Stack rilevante:

  • Grasshopper / Rhino — definizioni parametriche, non solo slider

  • Visual programming applicato a BIM (Dynamo, RhinoInside.Revit)

  • Scripting: Python, C#, o entrambi — inclusa l’integrazione con strumenti AI per automazione
