why I can’t be able to loft all the curves?

thanks for read if you notice I culled that item to get pairs of curves but the last pair is not able to loft.
Yes, I just realized that one group was culled.

thanks it works, do you know why?
I baked the curves back to Rhino and set Control Points On, and then selected the points in the corner (of that curve which doesn’t want to play). I found that there are four (4) points on top of each other in that corner (!) 
Rebuild obviously fixed (removed) the extra points.
