Lights properties won't show

Hi guys
I’m having problems with properties showing. If I swap back and forth in the tree eventually they show but not so for lights. Anyone have this problem or know what to do?

Hi Patrik- so far this works OK here (V4, Windows 10). I’m not sure what to suggest - what Windows are you running?
