Leader text in linked block not aligning to horizontal

Hello,

I have a strange problem occuring with a linked block:

I’ve created in model A a set of leaders with an annotation style that has enabled the text to be horizontal to the view.

When i insert model A into model B as a linked block and I rotate the block, the text does not align to the view:

in front view:

Is this a bug or is there a setting that I’m missing?

If its just to label in a screen space, take a look at dots

Thanks! - unfortunatly I use it in a page view and the dots dissapear when I have two cliping planes around them (when i try to create a section view)
