Last Wip make 2d worsened

In the last wip there are many error in make2d.

Thanks Vittorio.
I found the problem and fixed it. I also have rewritten a major piece of code that should fix the crash bugs you have reported as well as some other things. I am still testing that though so you might not see it next week.
