Keyshot 3d model mesh issues

I recently acquired an asset, but I’ve encountered issues with it as the opacity map doesn’t seem to be functioning properly. Even when set to 100%, there’s a persistent black area displaying. Has anyone experienced a similar problem and found a solution? I’ve attempted adjusting the normals direction and even tried remeshing, but unfortunately, without any success.

Do you have the same problem when applying an oppacity map to a simple surface / mesh?

It works fine with other models, that’s the first time I’ve encountered this kind of issue.
