Issues with Unrolling Polysurfaces in Grasshopper

Hi

I’m working on a Grasshopper definition that involves unrolling polysurfaces, projecting them onto a 2D plane, and packing them efficiently onto sheets. However, I’m facing the following issues: Some of my polysurfaces do not unroll as expected. They either distort, separate into unintended pieces, or fail to unroll entirely. Can someone please help?

That what you mean?
I’m still not really familiar with OpenNest2. Found that Rotations set to “2” gives the best result.
