Issue with Blending 2 surfaces together

Hello everybody !

I have been trying to produce this object and used the SubD tool at first (as you can see in 2 of the images in yellow).
It was going well, but I was unable to produce a round tip that resembles a circle - using SubD it only looks like a rounded rectangle.
So I started modeling the object from scratch using regular surfaces (1st image) to be able to create the most accurate shapes, and I tried to connect the 2 surfaces together using BlendSrf or Sweep 2 but all to no avail. I tried everything to create the smoothest surfaces but nothing seems to work for me.
I hope you’ll be able to help me regarding this matter.

Thank you

Hi Sacha, you may need to provide a file to work from for people to possibly help.—Mark

Good idea!

I attached the document here

Thanks for this!

Unfortunately I am unable to open the document because I have an older version of the software.
I attached my Rhino file here as a reference.

Thanks again
