How did you setup that glass material?
The glass mat is the default and the water in it is a glass mat with the IOR set to water. The set up is pretty simple with one of the library environments for skylight and reflection along with a rectangular light. Here’s the 3dm without the isopod meshes which make the file much larger.

Such a simple setup, sutle depth of field, but a great result!
I really struggle with Rhino post effects, most of the time I can’t get a good combination of values, and there isn’t a “default” that we can return to, so I tend to not use them at all.
I also use the 2 colors gradient bg sometinmes to give my renders an easy studio look.
