Installing plug in package weaverbird

i tried to install wearverbird in rhino 7 but it had a missing files, i tried to download those files but message appeared

i downloaded the file from
https://www.giuliopiacentino.com/weaverbird/
and the file :
wb-0.9.0.1-yak-and-mac-install-def.gh (125.3 KB)
