Index out of range

Hi,
I am just going through the examples(ivya092) and getting the same error message on various ocassions(Index out of range…).
I tried with a mesh from Kangaroo and later with a simple primitve from GH. Same error on varoius example files when replacing the internalized mesh.
Same on R5 and R6. I attach the error ocuring in the 09_ThinMesh_Simple_Weave file.
I am running the latest release of Ivy, I tried it at work and at home.
File was unblocked before trying.

I just cant ewxplain me this.
