Importing Lists from .txt files

Hello, I am trying to use data exported from another software. It is a table in the form .txt with values for the diameter and XYZ coordinates of a series of circles.

When accessing the data in GH, all values for each parameter are treated as one element. Is there any way of having the data properly separated into nested lists or data tree? Or the best way to plot the circles in rhino from the .txt file.

Upload your file so other people can use the same data set.

There is also python and text split.
There is a numbers to point component as well.
