Hyperbolic tiling with own curves

Hi,

They create a hyperbolic tiling, and add a texture to it (the face of the guy):

Is it possible to use vector curves instead of the face? And make everything as extrudable curves?

I have already tried it for a few hours, but didn’t find any solution.

I’m not sure what you are asking here, you can extrude the curves.

You can orient and scale the imported SVG like this.

Requires a few plugins. Parakeet, Pancake and Pufferfish.
