How to sort points?

Hello Grasshopper masters!
Can I have a question? I have two “planes” of points one is displaced and anoterone is flat. What I want is I want to pot them together and create surface from those points. So what I need firstly is, to get regular order of the points in X direction (as U can see in the PrtSc in attach). Can U help me with that?
