How do I draw gears in Rhino 8?
I have used gearFromCircle addon in Rhino 7 does that work in Rhino 8?
Are there better options.
It would be nice if that would be part of Rhino
I’ve developed a plugin named Planthopper for Grasshopper, and I’m planning to make it available for Rhino as well. In the meantime, feel free to use Planthopper in Grasshopper. It’s quite user-friendly, and I hope you find it useful for your work.

HI , I have just installed RH8 in a new machine but i am not able to find and download a plugin that i was using for gear design , i am quite sure i downloaded it by package manager a while ago but now when i search for “gear” on package manager i find “only” planthopper , i’d like to installa again a plugin to mode, directly in rhino without need to ope GH. Any suggestion on where to find it?

Hi, did you find an easy to use GearGen plugin for Rhino 8, as I have just upgraded from 5 and have the same issue of needing to create simple curve based gears, like in Rhino 5 GearGen plugin?
