Hi! completely newbie to grasshopper here! I was wondering if I could make a rectangle gird out of a series? Here I’ve done a square grid, is it possible for it to be rectangle? Sorry if this is a super dumb question! 
Just use different step sizes for X and Y axis
Or use the Rectangular Grid component from the Vector / Grid tab
