How to get more recent files at the menu list?

I’m working on a lot of different projects and I need a longer list.

Currently, there is no way to do this.

@wim Maybe it’s possible to bring it on the table again now. Computer screens are so large today, I see no reason to show much more recent files, for example 20.

Is this the value that (could?) change the number of recent files selectable at startup?

… seems likely related - although it keeps changing back and doesn’t seem to do anything.

No, it isn’t.
Changing the number in the MRU list will be available in Rhino 9.
