How to close this object

Could you help me please to close this object with a G2 continuity Surface? Rhino Training Guide Level 2 exercise uses Position continuity with NetworkSrf to close it.

At first I tried with Rail Revolve but the axis isn’t symmetric, so I tried the others face building commands but I’m not able to close it with any of them.

Unless having the cap as a single surface is important, I’d go for an approach using a (trimmed) surface for the flatter part of the cap and then using BlendSrf to create the transition between the two.
