Hi everyone, I’m new in Rhino and I’m trying to model a house from CAD plans.
When modeling the roof with the intersected beams, I did Boolean Union to join the parts together but I still have all the lines left. MergeAllEdges doesn’t work. I’m pretty sure I’ve modeled everything accurately, every surface shown has the same orientation on the plane, so I don’t understand what am I doing wrong.

I did a sweep with this IPN profile and in this case MergeAallCoplanarFaces is not working, can’t select the curves and delete them… do you know how to clean this one up?
that is most likely a seam, NURBS curves and surfaces have seams which is where the endings of the curves or surfaces merge with each other (meaning the edges of one surfaces of course not 2 surfaces merged.). they can not be removed, though you can remove it visually, by unchecking Surface Edges in your display panel or in your Display Modes.
