Help with grasshopper

hello there. i had some problems to resolve an exercise… haha . i’m a beginner on grasshopper .
i would like divide a list per and especific elements. in this case i want to select the minimun radius to an intermediate radius…then bake them . My intention is make group s , export as dxf and use it on artcam to a cnc project. All to have a friendlier process <3 thanks all.

Use Smaller Than to compare the remapped values and the average value of your minimum and maximum radius value and create the boolean pattern to cull your circles…
