Heat convection and dissipation

Hi!
I would like to make a heat convection and dissipation analysis of my project - heat exchanger.
Do you know any Grasshopper plugins that I might use for this purpose? Ladybug? Honeybee?

I did some research and I couldn’t find anything beside SimScale…
