I was wondering if anyone has ever tried to pair a GTCO cal comp engineering drawing board with rhino 7. If you don’t know what I’m talking about here’s a link. Graphics Tablet - GTCO
No direct support.
If you can load Windows drivers so Windows recognizes it as a Mouse, then Rhino will see it as a Mouse.
I used one of those back in the mid 1980’s
Instead, most people scan their big drawings, and use the Picture command in Rhino to attach the image to a surface.
Scale the surface to get it accurately sized and placed.
Lock the surface, the trace over it using a regular mouse and far more comfortably than leaning over a big tablet.
I mean, Rhino is newer than the heyday of such devices and wasn’t intended for any task you would use such a thing for, but it’s still over 25 years old, so…sorry?
