Grid with consistent increasing size

Hi,

Could someone help me by showing me how to create a grid as per the image below. I want to be able to increase the grid size by half of the smallest grid’s x divisions (indicated by the blue lines). Moreover I would like the red line to be variable (where the larger grid divisions begin).

I have attached my basic attempt in grasshopper as well as the Rhino grid for reference.
