Get item component - for multiple input lists

Hello,

Question,

There is a input List, which contains branches with 2 items.
item 0 --> represents the ‘index’ of List A
item 1 --> represents the ‘index’ of List B

List A and List B are also given.

Any suggestion how I could get to the desired result?
