I’m trying to put a 0.1" fillet on the edges of a hole. As you can see the fillet surface is being created, but it is not trimming the solid. Also, the fillet extends past the desired end. There are extraneous lines on the surface because I filled an old hole and created a new one. That probably has something to do with the fact I can’t get the fillet to work. Ideas?

Hello - the problem is the top face is made up of multiple faces which cut across the filleted parts of the obkect. These can be cleaned up with MergeAllCoplanarFaces after which I think the FilletEdge operation should work better.
