Exporting/Saving an (Mesh-)Image for texture use

Hi there, I have been using this forum for a while now, but never created my own topic.

I basically want to do the opposite of the “Import Image” component, thus exporting a mesh from within my GH-Skript as a jpg, png or bmp file.

To put it into context I ultimately want to use the surface mapping component of the Human Plugin to project a cropped satelite-image to a Topography. The component requires a data path as input, therefore the detour with exporting the image in beforehand.

I saw that the Ladybug Plugin used to include a component that could just do that but it wasnt working correctly. Maybe some of you got an idea or a workaround.
